Shipping policy

The figures below match what the storefront already promises: the trust row says free delivery anywhere in India, and the FAQ says 3–7 business days and COD with shipping paid up front. Change one and you must change the other two, or the page argues with itself.

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not ship internationally at present.

What it costs

Prepaid orders ship free, anywhere in India, with no minimum order value.

Cash on Delivery is available on most serviceable pincodes. COD orders require the shipping charge to be paid in advance — the balance is collected at your door.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within [3] business days of payment clearing. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro addresses are usually at the shorter end of that range.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email and SMS the moment your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch confirmation, write to us at [support@chronobazar.com].

If your order is delayed

Delays happen, most often for one of these reasons:

  • The delivery address is incomplete or unclear
  • The pincode is not serviceable by our courier partner
  • Weather, strikes, or local restrictions in your area
  • The item went out of stock between your order and dispatch

If your order has passed its expected delivery date, send us your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unbroken video of the parcel being opened. We will replace the watch or refund you in full. The full terms are in our refund policy.

Address changes

We can change a delivery address any time before dispatch. Once a tracking number is issued the parcel is with the courier and the address is fixed.

Failed delivery

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. After that the parcel returns to us, and we will contact you to arrange a re-send. Re-sending a COD order requires the shipping charge again.
